Ho To Reinstall World Of Warcraft I Want To Empty C Drive And Reinstall Xp?

I want to empty c drive and reinstall xp? - ho to reinstall world of warcraft

I can open any folder, My Computer, My Documents. But applications are MSOFFICE accessible.Also I have a damaged Windows XP-based computer. I want to empty on the C drive and then want to reinstall XP.
I want to know how empty the C: drive and there are some CD "boot on new XP install on drive C in this situation?
Please tell me how to completely empty C drive?
Ho also install a new XP on drive C?
Can all of my important data on the hard drive, then format d (empty) on the C drive, then use a bootable CD to install a new XP operating system.
Please suggest.
